| Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept most Credit Cards and UK Debit Cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express. Unless otherwise agreed, we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Unless otherwise agreed, backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also order by telephone or through the post and we can also accept Pay Pal and £Stirling Cheques drawn on UK banks by arrangement. |
| Shipping And Handling All UK online orders are charged at a single price. All other shipping is charged by weight and any applicable charge will be added to your order total. For all orders outside the UK you will need to contact us for a shipping quote. Where applicable please select the Shipping option that suits your requirements best or contact us to review other arrangements. In most instances deliveries within the UK will usually be made within 5 working days. In the event that an item arrives in a damaged condition, then please let us know a soon as possible within 3 working days and we will make every effort to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. Goods damaged in transit remain the responsibility of the carrier. |
| Back Orders We do our best to maintain our stock levels, but if any item is not in stock, we will always email you and either offer to backorder the item(s), offer an alternative item or offer the option to cancel such item(s) from your order if you would rather not wait for us to restock. | Returns Policy We make every effort to be accommodating and respect your consumer rights and if you need to return an item to us we will make that process as easy as possible for you. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm or alternatively you can contact your card issuer directly. This does not affect your statutory rights. In most instances we will happy to offer either an equivalent exchange or a refund. Should you wish to return an item to us for a refund then you must first notify us of your intention to do so either by email or in writing within 7 days of delivery. You must then return the item to us directly in its original condition with all the original packaging and any other items included such as literature, promotional items, or associated offers etc. Please note that any consumable or special order items generally cannot be returned.
